Depending on the code, we are more than happy to honour your first order discount, on a subsequent order if the original order has been refunded in full. However, our system currently can't recognise subsequent purchases as the first, even when the first has been fully refunded. For this reason, we ask that you place an order at full price, and then either send us an email or reply to your order confirmation asking us to apply the discount for you. We will go ahead and refund you, so you won’t have missed out on the offer!
This is not applicable for referral codes, which will no longer be valid if you returned your original order for a refund.
