If you would like an exchange, please select this when processing your return via our online returns portal. We can only exchange for a different size within the same product/colour, so if you want to exchange for a new colour or completely different style, we ask that you place a new order.
The returns portal will generate a postage label for you. Print this off, stick it on your return parcel and send it back to us via the Post Office. Please obtain and retain a proof of postage receipt from the Post Office as we can’t be held responsible for packages that don't make it back to us without this.
We process returns as quickly as we can, but it can sometimes take a while between posting back the parcel and receiving confirmation that we have begun to process your return. If you want to see if your parcel has made it back to us, you can track it using the tracking/reference number on your proof of postage receipt.
You will receive an email from our Customer Service team as soon as we have begun processing your exchange, and another when we dispatch your replacement items. This usually happens within a week of the parcel being delivered back to us, but can take up to 10 days, so please don't contact us until more than 10 days have passed since delivery.
All exchanges are subject to stock availability. If an item is out of stock at the time of the exchange being processed, a full refund will be issued with refunds always being returned to the original method of payment.
If you need your exchange in a hurry, we suggest you place a new order and send back the wrong size/colour for a refund.
