If you would like a refund, please select this option when processing your return on our online returns portal.
You simply need to tell us what you're returning and why, and follow the steps to generate a postage label.
Print the postage label, stick it on your return parcel and send it back to us via the Post Office. Please obtain and retain a proof of postage receipt from the Post Office as we can’t be held responsible for packages that don't make it back to us without this.
We process returns as quickly as we can, but it can sometimes take a while between posting back the returned item or items and receiving the refund.
If you want to see if your parcel has made it back to us, you can track it using the tracking/reference number on your proof of postage receipt. You will then receive an automated email from us as soon as the refund has been processed. This usually happens within a week of the parcel being delivered back to us, but can take up to 10 days, so please don't contact us until more than 10 days have passed since delivery.
Refunds will always be returned to the original method of payment. We are unable to issue these to another card.
