You'll need to generate a returns label via our online returns portal and then print it, affix it to your parcel and drop it at your local USPS point.
In order to enter the portal, you'll need to enter your order number and zip code. You can find your order number on your order and shipping confirmation emails (e.g. US1234), and you should use your zip code as per your original order.
Please ensure you complete all questions, and correctly tick which items you're returning to help us process your return as quickly as possible.
You can still pop the returns form you receive with your order back in the box, but if you've entered everything correctly online we'll organise your return using this information.
