- Did you send your order back in its original box, or using the returns label that was included with your parcel? If yes, then we should be able to match it up, but it might just take us a little longer than usual.
- Did you send your order back in another box/mailbag, but include sender details on the outside? If yes, then we should be able to match it up, but it will just take us longer than it normally would to process your return.
Either way, drop us an email to let us know and we'll make a note on your order.
If the answer to either of the above is no, and there's no information in or on the box to identify that the parcel came from you, then we hate to say that we won't be able to match it to you. However, do get in touch with your proof of postage and we'll do our best to sort something out.
