We're sorry we refunded you when you wanted a replacement item!
Did you perhaps leave the "exchange info" section on your returns form blank? If yes, then this is why we have refunded you as we didn't pick up that you wanted a new size.
If no, it could have been for a couple of other reasons.
- If the item you returned was a sale item, we're unable to exchange sale items, so it would have been automatically refunded.
- If we didn't have the new size you wanted in stock, we would have refunded you and would have also sent you an email to explain this.
- If you requested a different product, or something at a different price, we wouldn't have been able to exchange your item for you, so we would have refunded you.
