It can take up to seven days (not including weekends and bank holidays) from the day you dropped your return at the Post Office for your parcel to be delivered back to our warehouse and processed.
- For refunds, you'll get an automated refund confirmation as soon as we process your refund. Any refunds will be automatically issued to the payment method you used to place your original order. This typically takes 5 working days in the UK, depending on your payment method issuer.
- For exchanges, we'll send you an email as soon as we begin to process your exchange, and another letting you know whether a refund (if we can't exchange your item) or exchange has been processed. If we were able to exchange your item, we'll also let you know when your replacement is on its way.
If you've returned more than one order in the same parcel, please allow 24 hours for all your returns to be completed.
