For UK and non-US customers:
Did you complete the "exchange info" section on your returns form? If yes, then this is why we processed an exchange for you and sent you another item. Don't worry though, returns are still free (within the UK), so just pop them back to us again and we'll refund them for you - just leave the "exchange info" section blank this time!
For US customers:
Did you opt for an exchange on the returns portal? If you did, and made a note of your current size, this will have been picked up as an exchange. The good news is that we offer free returns for US customers, so just pop them back to us again and we'll refund them for you, just be sure to select refund and not exchange on the portal next time.
