Did you order more than 4 items? If yes, then it's likely that we've sent your items in separate parcels. We should have sent you both sets of tracking information, but everything should have left us on the same day, so sorry that one of your parcels is taking slightly longer than the other.
Have we emailed you to let you know that one or more of your items was out of stock? If yes, we're really sorry that we had to do so, but we will have refunded you for the item/s that we were unable to send to you.
If you're still sure that an item is missing, then drop us an email to email@example.com including the order number and exact item that's missing, and we'll get it sorted for you as quickly as possible.
