At the moment, there's no way for you to see your exchange requests from previous orders on your online account.
However, you can enter your order ID and postcode back into our returns portal to check what you requested.
If you spot anything amiss with this and if your exchange hasn't yet been processed, just send us an email and we'll be happy to update your exchange request.
When we process your exchange, you'll receive a new (free) order confirmation email confirming this. You'll then be able to view your exchange in your order history on your account.
